I was with Charlie on 4/21/67 when he was hit
during Operation Union I in the Que Son valley in Vietnam. We spoke for
the first time in over 40 years last night. I got his tel. # from former
Capt. Bill Wood who I spoke with earlier yesterday after 40 years. In
looking at the videos I recognized Bob Robinson and Varney (I forget his
first name). I plan on attending the Mike 3/1 reunion in October in Las
Vegas and look forward to reuniting with Charlie, Bob, Varney, Bill Wood,
and any of the other guys who served with us in 1966/1967. Jim Mullen
